Dark spots, acne marks keep your

I will share some tips or rather
face packs to help you with lightening these marks, blemishes etc so that your
skin looks beautiful and flawless.
Coconut
water and lime juice
Take 2 teaspoonful of gram flour and
mix some coconut water to make a consistent paste. Add a pinch of turmeric if
you want as it improves complexion and also (optional) pour in 2-3 drops of
lime juice. Apply this mixture on your cleansed face and keep it for 15- 20
minutes. While removing, try to wet your face first by splashing some water and
then slowing rub and take off the face pack.
It will exfoliate and reveal new
clear soft skin, Over the time this face pack can help keeping the skin well
toned, lightens complexion and blemishes. You can use this face pack/mask twice
a week.
Carrot
juice
This mask is more like a liquid
treatment where you have to take a carrot and extract the juice out of it by
putting it in the juicer. Make sure your carrot is washed else there will be
dirt. Once you take the juice out. Put 2-3 drops of lime juice. Yes, again lime
juice as it will enhance the effects of carrot juice and makes it work better.
Now, apply this juice on your face
and keep it for half an hour and then rinse.
This juice when used twice a week or
even thrice, improves skin complexion and reduces the appearance of the
blemishes. It lightens the marks and pimple spots.
Additionally, do not prick or pick
your pimples as it will damage the skin and the marks will be deep. It can also
leave permanent scarring that can result is tiny depressions on the skin, so,
avoid scratching it completely.
Drink a lot of water, it keeps skin
clear and hydrated, as a result of which your skin will glow.
Eat balanced diet and fresh fruits
and vegetable.
